Free In-Home Consultation
When you first get in touch with us, we will answer any questions you have and get a general idea about your project. We can also schedule your free in-home consultation at a time and day that works for you. The meeting will give us an opportunity to show you product samples and discuss, in further detail, your design, stylistic, and functional needs and desires. When needed, we will provide guidance and suggestions based on our decades of experience.
Personalized Design Solutions
This is where the proverbial rubber meets the road. You, along with your job, have unique needs that require an individualized solution. We will work with you to select appropriate products, materials, colors, fabrics, etc. from our extensive offerings.
Measure & Estimate:
At the end of the initial consultation, we will take preliminary measurements of the windows to use, along with the design choices, to provide you with an estimated cost. We may come back later, once you have chosen to proceed, in order to acquire more precise measurements before ordering you custom product.
Delivery
We do not recommend you do so, but if you prefer to do the installation yourself or have someone else do it, we will happily accommodate and simply deliver the product to you. We would prefer to complete the journey with you, but rest assured that whichever route you choose, your order will be transported to your site in robust packaged and in perfect condition.
Expert Installation
We use kind and courteous, experienced, installers who know the nuances of the products and their installation process. They pride themselves in their work and do not accept anything less than perfection. The work is done cleanly and everything fastened securely with appropriate hardware. Once completed, everything moved is put back to its original location and all trash removed.
Removal & Disposal
Existing window treatments? No problem. Unless otherwise specified, we will remove them and dispose of them at no additional cost. You get your new window treatments and the old ones disappear; out of sight and out of mind.
