Wood shutters are manufactured from solid pieces of ultra-durable basswood. They do not peel, warp or fade, but, for your peace of mind, come with a warranty that covers these types of manufacturing or finish defects. You can choose whether you want them painted or stained.
A great alternative to Wood shutters, the Poly shutters we provide are made with a solid, premium, construction and not hollow or wrapped vinyl like some other substandard products. They are nearly indistinguishable from their real wood counterparts so they have the exact same dramatic effect. The louvers are 7/16” thick and provide exceptional insulation from temperature and noise. Further protection from fading is provided by a specialized ultraviolet inhibiting paint.
